With a high waist and crafted from the most luxe 100% Organic Cotton Poplin this new style is an uber cute gift idea for yourself or for the Spell lover in the family. Our Bloomers are a similar fit to our usual high waisted bloomer fit with some gorgeous added details including a custom Spell embroidered sun and heart and “Bisous” the French word for “kisses” embroidered in red at the front.
